1. Who we are
These terms govern your use of pluspeps.com and any order you place through it. By placing an order you accept them.
2. What we sell
Every product on this site is a research chemical supplied for in-vitro laboratory study by qualified professionals. Nothing sold here is a medicinal product, food, food supplement, cosmetic or medical device. Nothing is supplied for human or veterinary consumption, and no product carries any diagnostic, therapeutic or preventative claim.
3. Your undertaking
By ordering you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you are a qualified researcher or ordering on behalf of a research institution, that you will use the material only for lawful in-vitro research, and that you are responsible for establishing that import and possession are lawful where you are.
4. Orders and pricing
All prices are in euro and exclude shipping unless stated. We may correct pricing errors before dispatch, in which case you will be told and may cancel. An order is accepted when we dispatch it, not when it is placed.
5. Delivery
Delivery estimates are carrier estimates and not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. Where a parcel is held or refused by a customs authority, that is a matter between you and that authority.
6. Liability
We are liable for supplying material matching its stated identity, purity and quantity. We accept no liability for any use of the material beyond lawful in-vitro research, nor for any loss arising from use contrary to these terms. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands, and the courts of the Netherlands have exclusive jurisdiction.
