What exactly am I buying?
Research-grade peptides and related compounds, sold for laboratory use by qualified researchers. They are not medicines. We make no claim about what they do in a human body, and we will not answer questions framed as dosing advice.
How do I know the purity is real?
Each batch is tested by an independent laboratory. The certificate you can request is the one for the batch you actually received, identified by the reference printed on your vial label — not a generic sample from a previous production run.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship across the European Union and to most of the rest of Europe. Whether a given compound may lawfully be imported into your country is your responsibility to establish before ordering.
How should I store what arrives?
Keep lyophilised vials at −20 °C, protected from light. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, store at 2–8 °C and use within the window appropriate to the compound. Repeated freeze–thaw cycles degrade peptides quickly.
Can I pay by card?

Can I return an order?
Unopened vials in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days. Once a vial has been opened or reconstituted we cannot accept it back, because we cannot verify how it was handled. See our refund policy for the detail.
Do you sell to individuals?
We sell to qualified researchers and to institutions. Placing an order is a statement that you are one of them and that you will handle the material lawfully.
