Where we ship from
All stock is held in our EU warehouse before you order. Parcels sent to an address inside the European Union do not cross a customs border, which is why delivery is measured in days rather than weeks and why nothing is held for inspection.
Dispatch times
Orders confirmed before 14:00 CET on a working day are dispatched the same day. Anything after that goes out the next working day. You receive a tracking number by email the moment the label is created.
Delivery estimates
- Netherlands, Belgium, Germany — 1 to 2 working days
- Rest of the European Union — 2 to 5 working days
- Europe outside the EU — 4 to 10 working days, and the parcel may be held by your national customs authority
These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Peak periods and industrial action move them.
Shipping cost
Tracked shipping within the EU is a flat €9,95 and is free on orders over €200. Europe outside the EU is €17,50, free over €300.
Cold chain and packaging
Lyophilised peptides are stable at ambient temperature for the length of a normal transit, so we do not ship on ice by default. Every vial travels in a rigid, opaque outer with the batch reference on the inner label. On arrival, store lyophilised vials at −20 °C and reconstituted material at 2–8 °C.
If something goes wrong
If tracking has not moved for five working days, or a vial arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and a photograph of the packaging. We resolve genuine transit failures without argument.
